Villa Moonlight Chic - Crème de la crème of island Brac!

Villa Moonlight chic is the newest asset to the island of Brac – built in 2010! It is situated by the sea in the charming fishing village of Sumartin. The beach is only 40 m away. It is built and furnished in a typical seaside style of wealthy captain residences (wealthy captains who travelled around the globe then built luxury villas in their hometowns spoken of near and far).

Villa Moonlight Chic is also a subject of debate in many places and not only for its young age but also for its sophisticated interior and a fantastic sunny terrace! With its comfortable couch in the living room, lavish pool beds on the terrace and soft silk bedding it will royally spoil you! Magical accessories of modern and antique art and artistic hand crafts will take you to a world of fantasy and create a fairytale holiday just for you.

The Villa has 3 separate bedrooms (apart from the double bed the third bedroom has an extra bed for one person) and can comfortably host between 7-10 people having 3 extra beds. 200m2 of indoor surface offers a spacious dining area, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The delightfully furnished living room spreads out into the sunny terrace where you find a breathtaking view of the sea. A large garden, a place for children to play or just rest your eyes on the carefully cultivated green grass has a surface of 440m2. There is also an outdoor grill in the garden.

The Villa naturally boasts with state-of-the-art technology: Wi-Fi, SAT TV, Hi-Fi, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, blender.

Everything you need during your holiday is in the immediate vicinity of the villa: shop (200m), restaurant (250m), pharmacy (3 km), gas station (1,5 km).

The fishing village of Sumartin is situated on the southeast part of the island Brac. The ferry connection with the city of Makarska (5 times a day during summer season), luxury yachts and a breathtaking monastery museum give Sumartin a sense of a bustling tourist town while at the same time it preserves the warmth and character of a fishing village.

There are a few peaceful bays with pebble beaches near Sumartin. Next to the villa (40 m) is a private beach, however, we recommend taking a rented boat or car only 5 minutes away to the small bays with beaches that easily compare to the famous beach Zlatni rat in Bol (a pebble beach with small white tones).

You will be completely taken with the delightful hostess, the sweetest islander, full of energy, friendly nature and helpfulness. She will personally show you the hidden beaches and infect you with her »joie de vivre« attitude!
