Villa Tuscany Pearl
Villa Tuscany Pearl is situated in the city of Supetar on the island of Brac in Dalmatia, 300 m away from the sea and pebble beach. A complex of 3 authentic Dalmatian summer houses which surround the pool can accommodate up to 13 people or serve as separate units for 4-5 people each.
Each stone house has a kitchen and a living room with a large pull-out sofa for 2 persons (size 160 cm x 180 cm), separate bedroom with a French bed, a toilet and of course air-conditioning, Sat TV, Wi-Fi access and floor heating. Each kitchen has a microwave and a dish washer.
All three houses, out of which 2 can accommodate 4 people, and the last one 5 people, share the terrace along the heated pool, private restaurant area, summer kitchen with barbecue and a beautiful sea view, deck chairs, shades and a private little herbs garden, which you are welcome to use.
The parking is public, the pebble beach is 300 m away, a 7-minute walk. The villa is beautifully furnished, the interior and exterior have a typical Mediterranean feel. The hosts are very nice and friendly, and there are also 2 very lovely domesticated cats.
The pebble beach is 300 m away from the villa. We recommend the villa for larger families (2-4 families) or groups of friends, but it can also be rented separately, as units for one family only (4-5 persons), in which case you are likely to meet some English, Dutch or Swedish families (they are the most frequent guests of this villa). It is also ideal for smaller team-building groups.
The city of Supetar, where the villa is situated, has a ferry connection with Split (14 connections daily) which gives you a perfect infrastructure for trips like visiting the historical city of Split (the remaining Roman walls are still visible) with its famous promenade, palm trees and cafes, then a trip to Dubrovnik, THE pearl city of the Adriatic, or you can cast yourself in the embrace of pure nature, where the famous river Krka made its cascades with waterfalls, or even visit the famous natural Park Kornati with a boat and have a fish picnic there!
VILLA TUSCANY PEARL THROUGH TANJA'S EYES
The best highlight of this villa for me is the common summer kitchen located in a special separate house as an area with a terrace and next to it a private Dalmatian restaurant – konoba. The terrace reminds me of the luxury Arabian bars while the white pillows on the Brac stone create an inviting atmosphere. The women in the group usually enjoy a home-made liqueur called 'prosek' there while the men prepare the dinner in the baker's oven or the grill. The summer kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ice crusher and a large fridge.
I was impressed with the private Dalmatian restaurant (konoba) which is a common area for lounging and relaxing for the whole group. It is ideal for the hot summer days and its walls make it especially soothing to lounge in hot afternoons. You can enjoy the grill specialities, chat in the evening and enjoy in good company. Like the villa itself, the atmosphere of the konoba is especially charming.
The hostess Mira who lives in a separate complex of the villa with her husband has a witty sense of humour, she is energetic and funny, but can also be very discrete if she notices that the group doesn't require help or advice. I fell in love with her cherry tomatoes – home-grown tomatoes from the garden in red and yellow colours.

The beaches were fantastic, we wanted wild beaches, because we do not like crowds and we had no problem finding them. We have also never met a staff more friendly than Pearls, you reallly do make a difference, there are none like you. Fantastic weather rounded our vacation perfectly. |

The only detail which bothered us was the lack of private parking next to the villa. The requests we had concerning our vacation were all fulfilled by the agency. Privacy and quality stay in the apartments, which were promised for this villa, were also fulfilled. We do not have very good experience with the previous agencies. We are guests who know exactly what they want and here the previous agencies were really disappointing, because we are willing to pay for what we request. However, we have no negative experience with Pearls of Adriatic. |
