Villa Luxury Pearl
Villa Luxury Pearl is a new luxurious villa with a pool in the sunny Dalmatia. It is situated on the island of Brac, in the village Mirca, just a few meters away from the sea and pebble beach. The villa is surrounded with 250 m2 of terraces overlooking the sea channel between the island and Split coast.
Villa Luxury Pearl can accommodate between 10 and 12 persons in 5 bedrooms, equipped to provide maximum comfort and relaxation on your holiday.
Villa is surrounded by 250 m2 of terraces. The large terrace overlooking the sea, made of white Brac stone, brings pleasant shade over the outside dining table. There is also the infinity swimming pool and the sun deck with 10 deck chairs overlooking the sea. On the first floor is a large terrace (about 80 m2) that has the best view. There are also 4 smaller terraces adjoining the rooms.
The villa is surrounded by a few gardens: an orchard, ancient olive trees, lawns, roses, palm trees and stone gardens.
Furniture was specially designed for this villa and made out of quality oak wood with ecological oil finish, without harmful industrial polishes. A 25 m2 large master bedroom is on the first floor and it is the largest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a large bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. Master bedroom has direct exit to a vast first floor terrace with a fantastic view of the cove, sea and Split in the distance.
An interesting detail in the villa is a small indoor garden next to the kitchen with house plants, Mediterranean herbs and spices.
Art Gallery in the Villa Luxury Pearl
The walls of the villa are decorated with paintings made by local artists, mostly Ivan Petrovic - the Supetar Michelangelo. The paintings can be bought from the artist and thus represent an original souvenir that will bring some Dalmatian warmth into your home.

During hot summer afternoons while laying in the shade of the villa terrace, the sea and the sky melt together in front of your eyes and you everyday stress is no longer on your mind. You just let your thoughts be carried away with the sound of the waves and gentle summer breeze.
Active on holiday
If you do not visit the Villa during the peak summer season, but in early spring or autumn, you´ll experience a real getaway from the city noise and rush. Nice weather is ideal for long walks, excursions and sports, while in the evening, there is nothing more romantic than relaxing in front of the fireplace.

The old part of Mirca is the starting point of the Olive grove treks walking routes, which go through olive grove fields and Karst scenery. There is also a small Olive oil museum in an old local olive oil factory.
In the town of Supetar, just 3 km from Mirca, you can find sports facilities, shops, bars, night bars, a cinema, art gallery and a library. There are lots of different cultural events (concerts, jazz festival, exhibitions, folklore evenings, plays, etc,) organised in Supetar from June to September as a part of Supetar summer of culture.

I am in awe of this villa. Its vibrant energy, exquisite furniture, liberating spaciousness, sophisticated materials and champagne in the fridge to welcome you, ensure that you feel like a true king.
I was completely impressed by the paintings of the famous local artist which are, just in case you might happen to fall in love with them, also for sale.
The highlight is naturally the spasious terrace with comfortable sun beds from which you can admire the view of the sea and shore. I love the beach next to the house because the small white stones are perfect for paddling, playing with a ball and relaxing in the shallow water.
