Villa Elegance

Villa Elegance is a completely new villa which offers luxury accommodation for 8-12 people in Sumartin, a picturesque little town on the island of Brac. Elegant interior, excellent location and other advantages like the exterior pool, exterior fireplace, terrace with a lovely view of the sea, balcony which also has a view of the sea, a private parking area and an extremly thoughtful and helpful hostess place this villa in the top of luxury experiences on the island of Brac.

The villa is comprised of two residences each with their own entrance yet completing each other: the groundfloor boasts with a kitchen, dining area and a lavish black-and-white living room, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with a private pool. There is an external fireplace on the terrace where you can prepare delicious dalmatian specialities (fresh grilled fish, grilled veggies, grilled octopus, lamb, etc.) and enjoy your dinner on the stone terrace by the pool (25m2) with a magical view of the sea.

Nothing compares to burying yourself into satin bedding of a french bed in the evening! The master bedroom on the groundfloor with a view of the terrace and the sea allows the sun to gently stroke you in the morning light. After the morning coffee of the terrace stroll to the luxury air-conditioned living room where you can read your favourite newspaper or surf the Internet.

The stairs lead to the 1st floor and bring you to the stylishly furnished kitchen with a bar table and mini bar, the dining area and the living room, covered in warm-coloured leather. Two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom share a balcony which extends throughout the length of the villa. Here, in an intimate atmosphere, you have the chance to marvel at the sunset and take in tke fresh scent of the sea.

Unofficially one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Brac is only a five-minute drive away. A most caring and helpful hostess will show you a hidden bay and you will be charmed by her energy and invigorating dalmatian joyfulness. The beach you will not want to leave will en trance you with its shade of turquoise, warm white stones and a captivating view of Biokovo, an on-land mountain range near Makarska. Sportists and those who love the feeling of wind in their hair can reach the beach on bikes, courtesy of the villa.

The villa comfortably hosts between 8 and 12 people having 4 separate bedrooms, 2 large comfortable couches in 2 living rooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a terrace and balcony on the 1st floor. The villa´s exquisite interior will excite you as it is completely furnished with the most modern appliances (a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, etc.) also having the basics like air-conditioning, SAT TV and Wi-Fi.

One of the five bathrooms has a massage bath. The parking area is right next to the villa. The closest (smaller) beach is 100 m down the hill from the villa while the city beach is 300 m away. The center of Sumartin town where you can find a few restaurants, a bar and shops is 200 m away. Those who are in a party mood and crave a more exciting environment may take a 30-minute drive to Bol known as the liveliest tourist destination on the Adriatic.
