Villa Captivating View

Villa Captivating View is a traditional Dalmatian villa converted into a luxury villa for 8-12 people. It is situated at the entrance of the town of Sumartin only 100 m from the sea and 300 m from the first pebble beach. The ground floor consists of a prestigiously furnished living room, a dining room and a hallway leading to a spacious terrace with an extending roof as well as a pool terrace, which along with the bedrooms offer a captivating view of the open sea, the morning sun rays reflecting the sea’s blue surface greeting you, and its waves bidding you a peaceful night and softly singing you to sleep.

In addition to the living room there is also a fully equipped modern kitchen (ceramic glass hob, a stove, a refrigerator, a deep freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave and a teapot) on the ground floor along with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first floor boasts with the fourth royal bedroom – the master bedroom which is a tribute to British Aristocracy revealing luxurious and tasteful design. As you enter the bedroom you begin to feel like a true English king! The bathroom right next to the bedroom is so delightfully decorated it will make you fall in love with the genuine thoughtfulness of the extremely charming villa host.

The villa´s beautiful surroundings occupy 450 m² which gives a larger group of people a feeling of spaciousness and comfort. The pool is 25m² large and filled with freshwater. There is nothing better to do on a warm summer day than to lay by the pool in the afternoon with a good book in your hand, resting in comfortable beds. The fantastic landscape and sea view will inspire you and your thoughts will slip into the world of dreams.

The Villa also offers bicycles which can take you to the beach or on a short trip. It is also equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet access, a washing machine, Hi-fi, DVD player, Home Cinema, an iron, a hair dryer and an external fireplace where you can create delicious Dalmatian specialities.

THE BEACH AND SURROUNDINGS

The Villa is situated in the immediate vicinity of local shops, restaurants and pubs, some 100 m from the sea. A ten-minute walk (approx. 300 m) brings you to the first pebble beach and a five-minute car or boat ride will take you to the secret bays and breathtaking beaches.

On account of its spaciousness (150 m² of interior space) and luxury the villa is an ideal environment for a relaxing family holiday or enjoyable moments with friends. Treat yourself to a delicious grilled meat or fresh fish with roasted vegetables made on the external grill while the rest of your company relaxes in the beds by the pool.

If you are in the mood for an active day, a 30-minute drive to the bustling town of Bol, which apart form its exciting nightlife also offers numerous sport adventures (kiting, surfing, bananas, etc.) is a must.
