Having a kitchen in your apartment will give you complete independence, however, you can also choose between hotel rooms. All the apartments and rooms have either a groundfloor terrace with a view of the sea and wonderful soft grass and or a balcony with a sea view, bay and the distant boats only Monet could capture.

Free Wi-Fi, free parking area next to the hotel, air-conditioning, LCD screen with SAT TV and breakfast (8 € per person per day) in a modern dining area demonstrate that someone finally went about tourism having in mind a modern individual who knows their worth.

You can order half board (25 € per person per day) when booking and enjoy your days on the restaurant terrace with a view of the sea. While you take in the sunset, home-made wine and delicious sea specialities.

2.) Apartment for 5 persons, 65 m2, with 2 separate bedrooms and an additional bed for the 5th person in the living room, a kitchen 2 bathrooms and a terrace on the groundfloor.

3.) Apartment for 4 persons, 69 m², with 1 separate bedroom and an additional bed for 2 persons in the living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a covered panoramic balcony (loggia) with a view of the sea.

4.) Apartment for 4 persons, 45 m², with 1 separate bedroom and an additional bed for 2 persons in the living room, a kitchen, 1 bathroom and a balcony with a view of the sea.

5.) Apartment for 3 persons, 45 m², with 1 separate bedroom and an additional bed for one person in the living room, a kitchen, 1 bathroom and a groundfloor terrace.

6.) Studio apartment for 3 persons, 38 m², (everything is in one space): a double bed, a kitchenette with a dining area and a living room with an additional bed for one (pull-out single sofa), a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the sea.

7.) A room for 3 persons, 38m², with a double bed, a living room with an additional bed for one, a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the sea.

8.) A room for 2 persons, 20 m², with a double bed, bathroom and a terrace on the groundfloor.

SURROUNDINGS

Rabac, known as the »Pearl of Kvarner Gulf« is a beautiful tourist center 5 km from the historical town of Labin, which has a breathtaking city center, and 40 km from Pula. A large bay is covered in small white stones making the beaches a perfect environment for small children and all those who love to paddle around in the turquoise shoal.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely pebble beach with white stones, pleasant air-conditioning, a view of the Kvarner Gulf and proximity have inspired tourists as early as 19th century when Rabac was nothing more than a charming fishing village. Today Rabac has numerous gourmet, sport and entertainment possibilities with many trips you can take, the ones to the inland towards Istria are especially popular due to its authentic local restaurants.

In the hinterland of Rabac only 5 km away and 320 m above sea level lies the old mining town of Labin with a remarkable historical town center. Labin is a historical jewel developed into a multicultural center with many bars, artistic galleries, studios and restaurants and is known as the intersection of young generations.

There are medieval castles nearby, while Ucka mountain offers ideal climbing and trekking conditions. South of Ucka is mountain Skitaca from where you can admire a panoramic view of Kvarner and try out climbing, horse-riding and mountain biking.

* The difference between the rooms and apartments is in the kitchenette. While the apartments have one, the rooms do not. The phrase ´studio apartment´ means that the kitchenette, the bar table, sofa and the double bed are all in one space while the apartment has a living room with a dining area and a separate bedroom.

**  Additional payment for breakfast is 11 € per person per day, and 30 € per person per day for half board.
