In the heart of Kvarner in the peaceful suburbs of Crikvenica, three completely new and modern apartments are waiting for you in a friendly yellow house with warm-hearted hosts – a true sunny pearl!

Apartments full of charm and soul, only 400 m away from the sea and pebble beach (uphill), are  completely new and exquisitely furnished. They reflect loveliness, warmth and comfort. In addition to high-quality bed and soft bedding, you can also enjoy in LCD screen and SAT TV, a petite library, free Wi-fi, outdoor barbecue, a pool for the your little ones and a lovely garden.

These gorgeous modern apartments are ideal for family vacations. If you need peace and privacy, you can read a good book, sunbathe, or meditate on your balcony and admire a breathtaking sunset or the colours of the sea.

The yellow facade of the house stands out for its beautiful modern looks and positive energy that radiates from the hosts and the entire surroundings. The apartments have a beautiful view of the sea and the island Krk.

As the Apartments are perfect for families and couples in love, they reflect a passion for life and love of people.

In front of the house an old fig tree welcomes you. During the summer you can always pick it and enjoy its healthy fruits. The friendly hosts will occasionally surprise you by leaving their home-made delights on the table under the tree as a welcome gift or just a way to show appreciation for returning from a day trip.

Apartments Crikvenica

...weave a romantic tale in white while each of them amusingly rounds it with energetic colours like burgundy, yellow and purple.

When you enter the house, you already see the entrance to the first of the three apartments, situated on the ground floor, which can host up to 5 persons. An almost luxury apartment (​​65 m²) charms with its grace, warmth and modern comfort. Apart from the bathroom and kitchenette with a dining corner, there is a  separate bedroom with a double bed and then another one in the living room with a comfortable sofa suitable for an adult or a child. From a living room french doors lead to a spacious sunny terrace (25 m²) with a sea view. Here you can relax all day or just have a rest with a good book in your hand on one of the two loungers.

The apartment naturally has air-conditioning, Sat TV and free Wi-fi.

There are two more apartments on the 1st floor, a studio apartment and the apartment for 5 persons (60 m²).

The large apartment boasts with 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom with a double-bed. The living room has another double-bed with a sofa for an adult or a child to sleep on. From the living room onto the balcony (1.5 m x 5 m) the french doors provide amazing light and offer a magnificent view of the sea. The balcony has a table with four chairs and a lounger.

Apart from the kitchenette with dining area, air-conditioning, Sat TV and free Wi-fi are also available.

On the same floor you will also find a modern studio apartment (35 m²), where everything is placed in one space. A dynamic red pull-out sofa (140x200 cm) that brightens the room, is also suitable for an adult or two children. Next to the sofa is a double bed in white.

The apartment has also a lovely balcony with a table and 4 chairs overlooking the sea and a fig tree, which you will be constantly tempted to try. Apart from the kitchenette with a dining area,  air-conditioning, Sat TV and free Wi-fi are also available.

Outdoor barbecue, a pool and breakfast on the terrace

On the top of the stairs of the 1^st floor there is a shared balcony where you can hang your laundry or simply enjoy the view of the lawn and trees.

You can enjoy half board or breakfast for additional payment in the comfort of your own apartment, on your terrace or in your dining area. Wherever you choose to dine, the food will be prepared with much love and care.

Pure relaxation awaits you in a smaller round pool with a splendid view of the sea and the aromatic scent of  pine trees. At the end of the day you can prepare some Mediterranean specialties on the outdoor barbecue – a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and spend some quality time enjoying warm summer evenings.

The hosts also offer laundry service, you can rent a baby cot and free parking is available next to the house.

Forget the alarm clock and drawing the curtains! Let the sun rays of the unforgettable sunrises wake you, and in the evening take in the reds and oranges created by the stunning sunset while tasting the delicious Kvarner wine.

Surroundings and beaches

Apartments Kvarner breeze are 400 m away (uphill, access by road or stairs) from the nearest beach Omorika. Small pebble stones, pleasant access to the sea, a few pine trees around which offer shade, create a a real paradise for sea enthusiasts. Its is also possible to rent sunshades and longers for an extra charge.

Many sea enthusiastic of all generations will enjoy the lively rhythm of long pebble and sandy beaches (Balustrada, the town beach in Crikvenica, etc.) leading to the center of Crikvenica – about 3 km from the apartments. Crikvenica is famous for its beautiful beaches, partly sandy beaches, which are perfect for children to play!

As the long pebble beaches stretch all along the Crikvenica, you can enjoy walking on the beautifully lighted promenade, where you can find many cocktail bars, restaurants and romantic benches. It is perfect for a morning run or evening walk by the sea!

These sandy beaches will surprise you with loungers, showers, and pine trees that provide shade. To enter some of these beaches, a fee is required. In some places there are also concrete patches with sweet little piers. All these beaches are known for their tidiness and blue flags- the symbol of clean and well-maintained beaches.

If you prefer peace and quiet, we recommend the beaches that stretch from the apartments all the way to the town Dramalj (approx. 3 km), in the opposite direction of Crikvenica. Here you will find smaller wild rocky and pebble beaches with some private nudist beaches.

Sports activities, chill-out and short trips

Near the apartment, in the shade of the pinewood, sports fans can have a go at an adventure park where you can get rid of stress and congratulate yourself on successfully completing a challenge.

Crikvenica also offers numerous sports and recreational activities such as tennis, sailing, beach volleyball and surfing. This lovely town has many walking paths that are ideal for morning jogging or Nordic walking.

Crikvenica is known for its favorable climate, which has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system and skin, so a number of wellness centers and spas offer massages or relaxing bath treatments. A combination of mountain and Mediterranean air created a soothing atmosphere that is ideal for people with asthma and respiratory illnesses.

And when you crave something sweet, enjoy the unique taste of Crikvenica desserts - cake Frankopan, which is named after the Francopans, who have a great historical significance for Crikvenica.

Everyone should visit the Pavlina monastery, located in the western part of Crikvenica. It keeps valuables and records on wine areas. Part of the monastery is also a church (Crikva) after which the town of Crikvenica got its name.

If you feel like exploring, we warmly recommend a day trip to the island of Krk, or coffee in the romantic town of Opatija, perhaps a trip to Istra (a bit farther) or  to the nearby village  called Selce.

The locals say that Crikvenica is similar to a woman in different age periods - in the summer she is a dynamic twenty-year-old constantly looking for new challenges, in the autumn she is a business woman who needs an escape from everyday life, in the winter a grandmother, who offers love and shelter to her beloved grandchildren and in the spring a playful forty-year-old just beginning the best time of her life.

I adore charming apartments filled with soul. I was looking forward to a beautiful and lovely interior full of comfort and playfulness just like the photos the owners sent promised. I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and generosity of hosts.

Their concern for our well-being, sweet little attentions and surprises, sincere smile on their faces, gave me the feeling that we were more than welcome. It was like being in the care of my own mother as the hostess radiated such warmth and inner smile.

''The air is so good you could eat it," said the charming hostess. The interior and layout is consistent with the Feng Shui philosophy. The warmth of the house, the environment and the owners create spectacular and warm atmosphere. Free wi-fi allows you to work in peace or simply write your blog, and after that you can relax while reading a good book - on a nice sunny balcony with a gorgeous view of the sea!

New apartments Kvarner breeze in Crikvenica are perfect for family vacations, especially in the autumn or winter for a quick escape from the city. Treat yourself to an extended weekend full of sun, even in late autumn, winter or spring, when nature is extremely calm, the air soothing and the apartment lovely and warm.
