Apartments Family Adventure

These apartments resonate a passion for life and delight. They are furnished with exquisite period furniture, a combination of Mediterranean passion and rustic charm. The surroundings are extremely well cared for and filled with local Mediterranean plants inside which there is a small children area, external shower and an electric grill.

The apartments come in different sizes, between 25 m2 and 50 m 2. Each has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea, air-conditioning, SAT TV and an ISDN phone with internet connection. The kitchen is completely equipped: glass hob, kitchen range,  fridge, dishwasher, oven and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a blow drier and there is a private parking area next to the house.

Studio apartment for 2 persons

is situated in on the groundfloor and measures approximately 25m 2. Everything is place in one space: a bed, a dining table for 2, a kitchenette as well as a bathroom and a balcony.

Apartment for 3 persons

is situated at the top of the house and is a mansard apartment. Apart from the double bed there is an additional pull-out sofa for 1 person in the living room, a dining table and a bathroom. This apartment does not have a balcony, but it does have a lovely reading area with a large window overlooking the sea.

Apartments for 4 persons

measure 35 m2, have a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen and a pull-out sofa for 2 persons, a bathroom and a balcony. They are suitable for families with 2 children.

Apartments for 4 persons

Which are a bit larger and measure 45 m2, have a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen and a pull-out sofa for 2 persons, a bathroom and a larger balcony. They are suitable for families with 2 children or even for 4 adults.

Apartments for 6 persons

Mesure approximately 50 m2 and have 2 separate bedrooms. There is a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds for 1 in the other bedroom. A pull-out sofa for 2 persons can be found in the living room which means these apartments can comfortably host up to 6 persons. Threre is a kitchen and a dining table in the living room and the apartment also has a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the sea.

During  high season animals are not welcome (as the house is filled with children), however, you can bring the along in the pre- and postseason period.

The residence has a mobile electric grill which can be borrowed from the hosts to prepare fresh fish or home-grown vegetables.

SURROUNDINGS, BEACHES AND TOWN

The apartments are situated on the coast, 10 minutes from the center of Sutivan in an oasis of greenery, sea and sun in a smaller private residential neighbourhood. The apartments  are surrounded with a well-tended garden, a smaller playing area and all of them have a wonderful view of the sea.

Beach

here is a stone beach right under the house and only 60 m away you will find a the first pebble beach patch with small white stones, a paradise for small children! A few minute walk will bring you to the famous pebble beach Bistrica which also has a natural shade. Left of the house you will find small pebble patches. Some even have sand in the sea (the beach is covered with small white stones).

To the West there are over 20 small bays with pebble beaches (small white stones). You can find a bay where you can enjoy the peace and quiet even in the summer when there are the most tourists. Many bays are surrounded with pinewoods which means you can enjoy in the pleasant shadow a few hours during the day.

City center

A ten-minute walk by the sea, surrounded with pine trees will bring you to the small coastal town of Sutivan, situated on the North-west part of the island Brac. There you will find restaurants, bars, shops, butcher's, a fish market and a small market. Sutivan is 6 km away from the ferry port in Supetar.

A part of the coast, stretching from the house westwards is practically the last untouched part of the coast – here you can discover unspoiled nature with every step you take. There is a beautiful view of the sea and shore. Sutivan is known for its pebble beaches in numerous small bays with hidden beaches.

There are many walking paths and bike trails in the vicinity. During the summer months you can enjoy the »Sutivan Summer« festival or an extreme sport competition »Vanka Regule«. In the vicinity of Sutivan there is a park with a mini zoo and a picnic area.

You will never feel detaches from the mainland in Sutivan as it is only 6 km away from the ferry port in Supetar where you can choose one of at least 10 ferries going to Split daily.

In the evenings you can enjoy in film hits at the open summer cinema. Sutivan is surrounded with many official and wild bike trails, and there is also a bowling green and a sports area opposite the beach. You are welcome to anchor your boat in Sutivan port.

APARTMENTS FAMILY ADVENTURE THROUGH TANJA´S EYES

I was impressed with these apartments on three levels: a top location directly at the pebble beach, a beautiful interior with rustic furniture and comfortable equipment as well as the attention of the guests to make the house more friendly and welcoming for families with small children.

There is a small play area in the yard and I loved the playroom situated in the cool basement of the residence – when it is too hot for the beach in the afternoon, the parents come with their children tot he playroom full of toys!

The friendly host Natalija who moved from Slovenia to this beautiful part of Dalmatia and her resourceful husband Mladen give the guests their undivided attention, kindness and compliance as if you were visiting your friends.

The apartment has fully met our expectations and it is really suitable for children. During our holiday there was a fire on the Brac, but we were completely safe. We observed the entire action safely from our balconies and beaches and although it sounds a little ironic, the children seemed to enjoy all the action.
