The apartments which were built in 2007 are a part of a new apartment residence and are furnished in typical minimalist style with top-quality interior. Each of the 6 apartments in the residence has 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and a sofa for another 1-2 persons as well as 2 bathrooms.

Each apartment also has a balcony with a view of the wonderful green surroundings, with the exception of the top two which have a view of the gorgeous sea and the Pakleni Islands near Hvar.

The bedrooms are spacious and extremely comfortable furnished in exquisite design and soft bedding. The kitchen offers everything you need to become a top chef on your vacation – from quality tableware and cutlery to a coffee machine with an aromatic scent of morning coffee, a toaster for sandwiches as well as a kitchen range, a large fridge and freezer.

You can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast in the balcony and then head to the beach, only 80 m from the residence where you can decide between a pebble beach (small white stones) or a concrete patch perfect for those plunges into the water.

The center of glamorous Hvar, a place of gathering for Croatia´s, Slovenia´s and USA´s creme de la creme, is approximately 1.500 m away, which means a 20-minute exhilarating walk by the sea accompanied by the lovely scent of pine trees.
